Tricia from the Mind Hub is a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Specialist who is also a fully qualified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor.  Based in Maidenhead, Berkshire Tricia offers a comprehensive range of MHFA courses and mindfulness programmes to help support individuals and corporate teams build resilience, overcome anxiety increase productivity and build on a sense of wellbeing in the workplace.
 

Through many years-experience, training and personal understanding of what it is like to work within a high-pressured corporate environment, Tricia delivers both virtual and in person training sessions.  There are a range of mental health awareness training courses and a selection of mindfulness programme solutions to suit all requirements and budgets.

 

Tricia uses a Mindful Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) approach to her work, which is fully supported by the NHS and UK Government.  All of her mindfulness programmes are fact-based, aware of the corporate requirement to demonstrate value, effectiveness and impact.
